Casa Cielo Cancun

I would definitely come back because I adored the fantastic location.

The hotel was in a comfortable location, close to big shopping center with a lot of services. We had goodies and coffee at Cafe Nader, it was located minutes from the venue.

Everything in the hotel was good and exceeded high expectations. I appreciated the staff, they were nice and amicable people. The venue's location was absolutely perfect and great, in around 15 minutes by taxi with shopping malls and a supermarket within walking distance. Downtown Cancun district was worth exploring.

This place is beautiful and conveniently located near a large shopping center with plenty of services, restaurants, and shops, just a short taxi ride away.

Close to downtown, easy to find, lovely room with amazing bathroom. Staff was kind and owner even gave me a race to the station. Good price and great service.

The language barrier was just delightful and the lack of hot water and proper communication was simply the cherry on top.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, the beds are super comfy, and the room amenities include a microwave, fridge, and dining area, with a great selection for breakfast.

The room was great and the bed was really comfortable, plus the location near the bus stop was convenient and having Arrecifes nearby was a bonus!

The pool at this hotel is like a refreshing oasis in the desert, providing a cool respite from the hot Cancun sun. With its sparkling blue waters and comfortable loungers, it's the perfect spot to unwind and soak up some rays. I could have spent hours floating in that pool, feeling like a mermaid in paradise.

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Easy check-in and good contact with the owner even late at night. Close to Parque Palapas with a variety of food stalls at night. 15 mins walk to bus station.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints.

We had a fantastic 12-day stay at Casa Cielo in Mexico! the room was spacious and impeccably clean, just like in the pictures. the location was perfect, close to Cancun center and all the stores, and only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop for Playas. We also loved the convenience of having a great Mexican restaurant, La Casa dos Abuelos, just across the street. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us and recommend places to visit in Mexico. the kitchen and laundry facilities were also very useful and well-maintained. If we ever return to Cancun, Casa Cielo will definitely be our top choice! 😊

The room was beautiful and spacious, with a stylish interior design. The bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing. I also enjoyed the stunning view from the rooftop, even though there were no chairs or sunbeds available.

There were a few negatives during my stay.

The rooms here are beautifully decorated and spacious, equipped with a microwave, fridge, and dining area, and the bed is very comfortable with hypoallergenic pillows.

The room was spacious and clean, with a useful kitchen. The staff was helpful and recommended nice places to visit in the area. The location was great, close to stores and a bus stop. The Mexican restaurant nearby had delicious food. a pleasant stay.

I stayed at Casa Cielo for one night with my boyfriend. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown and easy to find. The room was clean with a beautifully designed bathroom. The property also has a small swimming pool and a patio where you can enjoy your meals. The staff was very kind and even gave me a ride to the station in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel for its good price, excellent service, and great room.
